What happens if you try to disable the PureMart temporarily?
Open your FTP, rename this folder:
/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/html/com_virtuemart/
to this:
/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/html/com_virtuemart2/
Then; browse any product:
fineleatherfurniture.com/leather-furniture/sofas-and-loveseats/100-1004-83-albany-leather-sofa-detail
You will notice you are no longer using PureMart. It is the default Virtuemart layout. Fill out the "Ask a question" form and see if you will get the email this time.
- If you still don't get the email;
It means the issue has nothing to do PureMart. I would recommend you to check your Joomla Email Sending settings. Try using SMTP if your server supports, because it is the best way to send email through website. PHPMail() causes some problem in some servers. (such as; senders need to be predefined and should be same as website domain etc..)
I don't think so but --- If you get the email properly after disabling PureMart;
then it means PureMart is responsible for this issue. Provide me your:
- FTP Credentials
- Joomla Admin account
and let me resolve this problem for you.
